POST-SURGERY LYMPHATIC MASSAGE IN CYPRESS, TX
Post-Surgery Lymphatic Massage in Cypress, TX
Gentle, light-pressure lymphatic-focused massage for clients whose surgeon or medical provider has approved bodywork during recovery. Every session follows your current restrictions and comfort.
CAREFUL SUPPORT DURING RECOVERY
Provider-Guided Care After Surgery
Post-surgery lymphatic massage uses light, rhythmic techniques rather than deep pressure. Clients may seek this service as one part of a recovery plan when their surgeon or qualified medical provider specifically approves massage and provides timing, area, and positioning guidance.
Eli does not diagnose complications, replace medical treatment, work over open incisions, or change your surgeon’s recovery instructions. Before each appointment, she reviews your procedure, clearance, restrictions, current symptoms, garments, and areas that must be avoided.

- Know which areas and techniques have been approved

Please tell Eli if…
- You have fever, chills, increasing redness, heat, drainage, or foul odor
- You have new or worsening pain, shortness of breath, chest pain, calf pain, or sudden swelling
- You have blood clots, cellulitis, infection, heart disease, kidney failure, or another condition affecting fluid balance

Frequently asked
Questions about Post-Surgery Lymphatic Massage
Everything you need to feel comfortable, prepared, and cared for.
Do I need my surgeon’s approval?
Yes. Post-surgery massage should be coordinated with the professional managing your recovery. Eli may request written clearance and needs to know approved timing, areas, pressure, positioning, and restrictions.
How soon after surgery can I book?
There is no universal timeline. Your procedure, healing, complications, and surgeon’s protocol determine when massage may begin. Book only after your medical provider clears it.
Is post-surgery lymphatic massage deep?
No. Lymphatic-focused techniques use light, rhythmic pressure. Deep or aggressive work is not appropriate for fresh surgical tissue.
Can massage remove fibrosis or guarantee faster healing?
No. This service cannot guarantee healing outcomes or prevent complications. Any hardening, unusual swelling, pain, or healing concern should be evaluated by your surgeon.
