Questions
Gift certificate details
Does this website take the payment?
No. Square processes the purchase on its own order page. Kneads does not store the card number or the balance.
How does the recipient receive it?
Square emails the certificate. That email is also where the recipient can see the balance.
Where is a gift certificate redeemed?
At the Cypress studio, through Square, when you pay for the visit. It is not entered on the online booking form. Booking online reserves the time.
What can it be used for?
A Kneads visit, including massage and skin care. The recipient chooses the service that feels right.
